accu_book (notebook) — separate headless notebook crate. Open-sourced at 1.0.0. Built against Jupyter pain: hidden kernel state, out-of-order cells, network/ZMQ kernels, non-reproducible answers. Stable local API (optional C ABI) so thin wrappers can call it from Rust, Python, C, and similar hosts — a Jupyter alternative without foreign kernels. How-to for those hosts.

What stays proprietary
Accumath — the SoftFloat hybrid computer algebra engine, equation library, and paid lifetime license — is not open source and is not on crates.io. It stays 100% pure Rust: no Python, C, or other foreign bindings inside the engine. Language wrappers live only on the open accu_book notebook, not in Accumath. AccuMathLab and later commercial products stay proprietary unless we say otherwise.
